returns, refunds and order cancellation
theunconventional.co.uk would like you to be satisfied every time you shop with us, however on occasions, we know you may want to return items.
we are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition with all tags attached, unwashed and unaltered, to the address below, within 14 days from receipt.
